In our cozy hotel with particular spirit you are always welcome and encompassed with smiles and hospitality during the whole of your stay. Our round-the-clock reception desk service will be at your
disposal in any hour of the day. You can choose from a wide selection of sight-seeing tours and we are happy to be at your disposal also in organizing boat excursions, other programs and car rental.

There are 2 restaurants in our hotel. A rich breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00 in the Nebro Restaurant on the 1st floor of the Atlantic Building. 

We are waiting for our dear guests right on the bank of the Danube on the cozy Grill Restaurant and Terrace, in the groundfloor of the Pacific building.

Bathrobe

Please be advised you may take over your bathrobe at the wellness reception against a card one can ask for at the main reception. We kindly ask you to return the bathrobe to the wellness reception and the card to the main reception before your leave. Should you fail to return the card, your account will be automatically charged 10.000 HUF.

Heating / Air-conditioning

Each room is equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioner and a temperature regulator. The equipments should be used only with windows shut and when leaving the room, please switch them off. Should any problem arise, please call reception through 0.

Safe deposit for your valuables

Each room has a safe box. We ask you to follow the instructions placed on that when locking and unlocking it by using a max. 6-digit code you have chosen arbitrarily. If you have problems, please call the reception through 0. Besides there is a central safe box also at the reception available for guests for free. We kindly draw our guests' attention to our hotel refusing any liability for valuables left unattended in the room or in the safe!

Laundry/ Ironing

If you give us items to wash till 12.00 a.m., we guarantee to wash them till 12.00 a.m. the next day. Please bring your items for wash to the reception. The pricelist is in the room.

Electricity

The socket voltage in Hungary is 230 V. The bathroom hairdryer's socket must be used only for electric shaver. To activate current supply of the room please put the room card into the card holder installed by the door above the light switches (basically the card will have been already in the holder).

Smoking

Due to rules currently in effect in Hungary smoking is prohibited in public places as well as in hotel rooms. You may ask for information about places where smoking is allowed at the reception. If a guest is believed to have smoked in the room, he/she will be automatically charged an extra cleaning fee of 30.000 HUF.

The “ Please, do not disturb” card

The hotel is cleaned daily between 8.00 a.m. and 16.00 p.m. If you wish not to be disturbed or you do not need the cleaning, please put the card “Please, do not disturb” out on the door-knob. If you do not wish to receive phone calls, also please advise the reception.

Security warnings

While being in your room,

• make sure that the door (if any) connecting your room with the next one is locked;
• before opening the door, ask who is there;
• do not leave your valuables unattended;
• you have a safe in your room to put there your valuables and important documents. The safe can be used for free.

Fire-alarm / Fire extinguisher and emergency exit

Distinctly visible red fire-alarm signs and fire extinguishers are placed on each floor at the emergency exit and also in the passageways. In case of fire break the plastic plate of the sign and push the fire-alarm button, use the extinguisher and call the reception.
The emergency exit closest to your room is shown on the fire alarm map available in your room. We ask you to study where the escape routes and the emergency exits exactly are.

Transport

If you visit our hotel or would like to get to the city's sights, you can choose from among a variety of transport options.
You can reach the downtown in 40 minutes if using public transport. You will find the stop of bus number 34 in some hundreds of meters from our hotel. The bus will take you to Arpad bridge where you can transfer to metro line 3 (blue) carrying you right to the downtown. You can buy line tickets for public transport at the reception.
Our hotel concluded an agreement with one of Budapest's top taxi companies in order to furnish our guest with the highest standard services on their way to and back from the hotel at favourable fares.
